What to Include in Your Email
To help us resolve your inquiry as quickly as possible, please include the following information when relevant:
- •Account issues: The email address associated with your ABA Sprout account.
- •Order inquiries: Your order number (found in your confirmation email) and a description of the issue.
- •Subscription questions: Your account email and the type of subscription (RBT Pro or ABA Pro).
- •Damaged products: Your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s).
- •Bug reports: A description of what happened, what device/browser you were using, and screenshots if possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my order?
Check your email for the shipping confirmation with tracking information. Physical products are fulfilled by our third-party suppliers and typically ship within 3-7 business days. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation after 7 days, please contact us.
My RBT Pro access isn't working
Pro access is activated instantly after purchase. Try signing out and signing back in. If the issue persists, check that you're logged into the same account you used to make the purchase. Contact us if the problem continues.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings and click "Cancel Subscription" under the Subscription section. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. You can also email us and we'll cancel it for you within 1 business day.
Can I get a refund?
Physical products: 30-day return window. Digital subscriptions: 7-day grace period for accidental renewals. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer bulk or clinic pricing?
Yes! We offer discounted rates for clinics, training programs, and organizations purchasing 5 or more seats. Email us at abasprout@gmail.com with the number of seats needed and we'll send you a custom quote.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security, TLS/SSL encryption, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe. We never store your credit card details. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I found a question with an incorrect answer
We take content accuracy very seriously. If you believe a practice question has an error, please email us with the question text and your reasoning. We will review it and update our content if needed. Reports like these help us improve the platform for everyone.
